Xerox: Xerox Remote Services helps companies proactively manage the needs of their printing and copying fleet while maintaining the security of corporate networks. In order to keep enterprise networks secure, Remote Services transactions always originate from the device, based on authorizations made by the customer. Also, Remote Services can only communicate with a secure server at Xerox--they aren't hooked up to the Internet as a whole. These measures and others help enterprises avoid the possibility of introducing malware in their networks.

In addition, Remote Services minimizes management hassles because it doesn't require changes to existing firewalls, proxy servers, and other security infrastructure.
