European sales were up 23.5 percent.

Cnet: The latest report from StatCounter held some good news for Microsoft's struggling Windows Phone platform. European sales of Windows Phone devices climbed 23.5 percent in July. Sales showed the biggest increases in Italy (66 percent), France (29 percent) and Germany (27 percent). U.S. sales increased 18.6 percent.
