The Telegraph: Two hackers associated with LulzSec have pleaded guilty to attacking numerous websites. Ryan Cleary, 20, and Jake Davis, 19, admitted that they orchestrated distributed denial of service (DDoS) attacks against websites belonging to the NHS, News International, Sony, Nintendo, Arizona State Police, 20th Century Fox, Westboro Baptist Church, Bethesda, Eve Online, HBGary, HBGary Federal, PBS Inc and Infragard. In addition, Cleary admitted to four other charges, including hacking into U.S. Air Force systems. However, the duo denied posting ‘unlawfully obtained confidential computer data’ to encourage offenses that violated the U.K.’s Serious Crime Act.
Two other alleged conspirators, Ryan Ackroyd, 25, and an unnamed 17-year-old, have declined to plead guilty and will stand trial on April 8, 2013.
