Samsung Files Fresh Lawsuit Against Apple in South Korea

Reuters: Adding to the already large number of lawsuits pending between Samsung and Apple, Samsung has filed a new case against its rival. This suit, filed in South Korea, alleges that the iPhone 4S and iPad2 infringe on three Samsung patents covering methods of displaying data, the user interface, and short text messages.

The two smartphone manufacturers currently have more than 30 cases pending against each other in ten countries.
