PCWorld: Microsoft has announced the creation of the Bing Fund, an angel fund and incubator that will provide cash and resources to startups that are “building online or mobile experiences.” The company said it is looking to promote companies with “momentum,” as well as a business plan and a working prototype. It will work with a small number of companies for at least four months each.

Startups chosen by the Bing Fund will receive personal attention from Microsoft employees, subsidized use of Bing APIs, access to technology developed by Microsoft researchers and the option of working from Microsoft’s offices.
