Facebook Back Up After Europe Outage

Washington Post: On Wednesday, Facebook users in parts of Europe, the Middle East and Africa experienced an outage for approximately two hours. The social network issued a statement saying, “Today we experienced technical difficulties causing the site to be unavailable for a number of users in Europe. The issue has been resolved and everyone should now have access to Facebook. We apologize for any inconvenience.”

Facebook also experienced an outage the day after it filed for its IPO.
