Bloomberg: Apple iPads and iPhones are back on sale in Germany following a new development in the patent lawsuit brought by Motorola. Apple previously halted sales of the devices in order to comply with an earlier court ruling. Currently, Apple is appealing that ruling. However, in the meantime, Apple offered a revised licensing deal to Motorola regarding the patent in question. In response, the court ruled, “At the current state of the proceedings, it is to be assumed that Motorola Mobility would violate its duties under antitrust rules if it continues to ask Apple to stop the sales.”

Observers say the ruling is a good sign for Apple in the ongoing dispute.
