Apple Pursues Ban on Altered Samsung Galaxy Tablet in Germany

The company says the Galaxy Tab 10.1 is still too much like the iPad.

PCWorld: Apple is asking a German to court to ban sales of Samsung's Galaxy Tab 10.1N because it is too similar to the iPad. Apple won an earlier German injunction on sales of the Galaxy Tab 10.1 for the same reason. Samsung redesigned the tablet and won court approval to sell the device as the Galaxy 10.1N. However, Apple is seeking to have this ruling overturned.

The court scheduled a hearing for June 5.
