Reuters: Unnamed sources say that Richard "Chip" Lutton Junior, Apple's chief patent attorney, will soon be leaving the company for unknown reasons. The LinkedIn profile for BJ Watrous, a former deputy general counsel with Hewlett Packard, now lists his title as vice president and chief IP counsel for Apple.
