Cnet: Tech firms dominated Millward Brown Optimor's annual BrandZ list of the world's most valuable brands. For the second year in a row, Apple came in first with a brand name worth $183 billion. IBM, last year's number three, came in second, and Google, last year's number two, came in third. Microsoft placed fifth. McDonald's, at number four, was the only non-technology company in the top five.

The only other technology company in the top 20 was Facebook at number 19.
