TIBCO offers a very robust and mature master data management (MDM) tool that is designed to help large enterprises break down data silos and create a single, trusted data source. It incorporate machine learning capabilities for fast performance and boasts a business user-friendly interface. In today’s climate, the intuitive interface offers a key advantage: it allows are large section of the workforce to leverage the tool. 

The TIBCO offering will be especially useful to organizations that use TIBCO’s other data management and/or business intelligence tools. As is usually the case, the integration is efficient.

Company Description

An enterprise software company headquartered in Palo Alto, California, TIBCO claims to be the “global leader in integration and analytics software.” Some of its best-known products include JasperSoft, Statistica, Spotfire, Rendezvous, LogLogic, ActiveMatrix and others.

Founded in 1997, the company went public in 1999. In 2014, Vista Equity Partners acquired the firm for $4.3 billion and took it private. The company has made quite a few acquisitions of its own over the years. In just the last two years it bought Scribe Software, Cisco’s Data Virtualization business, Nanoscale.io, and Statistica.
