IT in the New Normal: McKinsey Global Survey Results

Survey results show that during the recession enterprises continue to believe that IT is critical for business success.
McKinsey Quarterly: In a recent survey of IT executives, respondents said that IT has become more important to their companies during the recession as a way to improve efficiency and reduce costs. While most execs say their IT budgets in the coming year will decline or hold steady, 45 percent expect to make new IT investments in 2010. Overall, execs say that satisfaction with their IT departments remains high.
