McAfee Labs: What will be the major security threats in the coming year? McAfee Labs points to social networking sites like Facebook and Twitter as hotspots for criminal activity. Other predictions:

Adobe will overtake Microsoft as the number one target for cybercriminals.

Banking trojans will become more sophisticated.

More malware will spread via e-mail attachments.

Peer-to-peer botnets will make them more difficult to detect.

HTML5 will offer new opportunities to cybercriminals.
