Google Revs App Engine with Business Features
The cloud platform service will get enterprise features in the second half of the year.

FriendFeedInformationWeek: Google has released App Engine 1.5.0 and announced plans to make the cloud platform service more enterprise-friendly by the end of the year. To that end, the App Engine will offer a 99.95% service level agreement, operational and developer support, billing via invoice, a new terms of service agreement designed for business use, and a simplified pricing structure. When it adds the enterprise features, Google will do away with the "preview" label currently on the App Engine.
The company is also merging its existing Google App Engine for Business product with the primary App Engine.
