Cnet: A new California lawsuit accuses Adobe, Apple, Google, Intel, Intuit, Lucasfilm, and Pixar of violating anti-trust laws and capping worker pay. According to the suit, the companies involved all reached "no solicitation" agreements which prevented them from poaching each others' employees.
The case was filed by Siddharth Hariharan, a former Lucasfilm employee. He alleges that workers were paid 10 percent to 15 percent less than they would have if these agreements had not been in place. He's asking for treble damages for all salaried employees at the companies between January 1, 2005, and January 1, 2010.
