Cnet: Two Michigan women have sued Google for $50 million because of Android's location data collection. Julie Brown and Kayla Molaski, who are seeking class action status for their suit, say that tracking users' locations "puts users at serious risk of privacy invasions, including stalking."

The pair also want the courts to prevent Google from selling phones with location-tracking software installed.
