Cnet Russian media reports that Ivan Kaspersky has been freed and that five men are now in custody for his kidnapping following a joint operation between Russian law enforcement and security personnel from Kaspersky's father's company. Ivan Kaspersky is the son of Eugene Kaspersky, the founder of security software firm Kaspersky Labs.

"He has been freed without ransom," said a company spokeswoman.
