PC Magazine: Just days after Apple filed lawsuits accusing Samsung's Galaxy line of tablet PCs of infringing on its patents and trademarks, Samsung has fired back with a lawsuit of its own. Samsung claims that Apple has infringed on five Samsung patents relating to wireless technology.
A Samsung spokesperson said, "Samsung is responding actively to the legal action taken against us in order to protect our intellectual property and to ensure our continued innovation and growth in the mobile communications business."
