Bloomberg: Apple has filed a lawsuit again Samsung claiming that Samsung's Galaxy products infringe on Apple patents and trademarks. Specifically, the suit says Samsung has copied the use of hand gestures, certain icons, and the shape and color of the iPhone and iPad. "It’s no coincidence that Samsung’s latest products look a lot like the iPhone and iPad, from the shape of the hardware to the user interface and even the packaging,” said Apple spokesperson Steve Dowling. “This kind of blatant copying is wrong, and we need to protect Apple’s intellectual property when companies steal our ideas.”

Apple is asking the court to block Samsung from continuing to violate its patents and trademarks, as well as to award Apple monetary compensation.
