Wall Street Journal: Last year, Paul Ceglia filed a lawsuit claiming that he was entitled to a 50 percent stake in Facebook based on contracts he had with Mark Zuckerberg in 2003. Observers originally dismissed the claims, but Ceglia has now come forward with a string of e-mails that appear to back up his case.
In one message dated Feb. 2, 2004, Zuckerberg suggests "that we officially return to 50/50 ownership." In other messages from July of the same year, Zuckerberg says he doesn't have time for Facebook and offers to return Ceglia's $2,000 investment.
Facebook says the e-mails are "phony."
