FriendFeedCnet: At the Convergence 2011 conference, Microsoft's Steve Ballmer unveiled the company's new plan to offer Microsoft Dynamics ERP via its Azure cloud computing service. Enterprises will soon be able to deploy the product on an SaaS basis, on premise or via a hybrid model.
At the same time, Microsoft released the beta for the next version of the software, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012. The public release is slated for August.
