TechCrunch: According to unnamed sources, the talent war between Twitter and Google has become particularly expensive recently. Google has offered key employees who were considering offers from Twitter huge compensation packages in order to stay with the company. The timing of those offers has led some to allege that Google must have a high-level spy at the micro-blogging service.

Specifically, sources say key Google product employees Sundar Pichai and Neal Mohan were offered $150 million in stock options to stay with their current employer.
