Wall Street Journal: According to reports, the FBI is investigating allegations that a Russian cyber gang hacked the systems at Citigroup Inc.'s Citibank subsidiary. The attack is believed to have resulted in the theft of tens of millions of dollars. How the hackers managed to get access to Citibank's systems isn't yet clear.
